And although the Local Rules allow for the admission <em>pro hac vice<\/em> of out-of-state attorneys, local counsel must be included on all pleadings and all out-of-state <a href=\"https:\/\/orangecountybusinesslawyer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attorneys<\/a> must be accompanied by a member of the bankruptcy bar at all hearings conducted in the Court. See Local Rules 2090(E)(2)(A) and 5004-1(B).
