J. Scott Shannon

Of Counsel

With more than 20 years of experience handling complex litigation matters for construction and design professionals, public and private entities, and licensed professionals in multiple disciplines, Mr. Shannon is an experienced and effective advocate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals in state and federal courts.

The numerous complex matters in which Mr. Shannon successfully represented his clients include design defect and large construction project disputes; claims of professional negligence against architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate and insurance brokers; insurance coverage matters; Constitutional claims against government entities and officials; employment discrimination disputes; and environmental litigation.

A former Marine infantry officer, Mr. Shannon resides in Fairfax, Virginia.
