Subrogation Claims in Virginia

In Virginia, "subrogation" of an insurance claim means that when any insurer (insurance company) pays an insured (or its policyholder) under a contract of insurance which provides that the insurer becomes subrogated to the rights of the insured against any other party, then the insurer may enforce the legal liability (bring a claim in the form of a lawsuit) against the other party (who is allegedly to be at fault).

Redmon, Peyton & Braswell represents insurance interests in the recovery of subrogation claims.

RPB recognizes the need for efficient and effective automated claims management and administration on a case-by-case basis, as well as across an entire claim portfolio. This recognition, in combination with personal attention to detail, results in the highest possible net recovery to the carrier.

RPB welcomes referrals from law firms and agencies which need co-counsel in Virginia for subrogation cases. On behalf of our firm, Mr. Maloof is listed in Clearing House Quarterly's Subrogation Attorney Network.
