Lease Negotiation

Our landlord-tenant law attorneys are competent and able to assist landlords in drafting commercial and residential leases designed to protect their interests while adhering to the law, especially the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act. We are proactive for our clients. We frequently provide counsel to landlords and tenants with lease negotiations with an eye toward achieving a productive and long-lasting landlord-tenant relationship.

Landlord-Tenant Disputes

Our landlord-tenant law attorneys represent landlords and tenants in disputes of all types. Generally, matters that cannot be resolved and/or settled will proceed to a General District Court where the property is situated. We advise landlords regarding unlawful detainer actions. We are completely knowledgeable about the process. If called upon, our attorneys are prepared to defend tenants against eviction actions when the process is not followed correctly. We also assist with issues of habitability. We have years of experience at resolving disputes over maintenance, security deposits and more. We are committed to finding resolutions.
